Capital One Travel is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to partner with product and engineering teams to define metrics, track progress, and translate complex data into reliable insights. You will own large, evolving data landscapes, close tracking gaps, and enable the business to produce accurate analyses with minimal hotel-team support.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field and 6+ years of data analytics experience OR Master’s degree with 4+ years of data analytics experience.
• 4+ years of experience performing professional data analysis work.
• 4+ years of experience with programming (SQL, Python, R, Spark).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product and Engineering to define KPIs and build dashboards.
• Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analyses to drive decision-making and prioritization.
• Develop tracking plans and dashboards for product launches and AB tests.
• Collaborate with Product to design clean AB tests run in parallel.
• Troubleshoot tracking issues and data trends; ensure data quality.
• Work with Engineering to improve the data model and accessibility.
