Job summary

Grant Thornton in Los Angeles seeks a Financial Due Diligence Associate to lead financial diligence engagements from start to finish. You will perform planning, execution, and completion of projects for sell-side and buy-side clients across diverse industries, collaborating with staff, managers, and partners.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills, and the ability to work additional hours and travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting required.
GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher preferred.
Willingness to travel to client sites and work additional hours as needed.
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Ability to analyze, interpret and summarize financial information and large datasets.
Demonstrated project management and time management skills.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Work on financial due diligence engagements from start to finish.
Plan, execute, and complete due diligence projects for sell-side and buy-side clients.
