Job summary

Liftoff, a leading AI-powered performance marketing platform, seeks a Lead Data Analyst to drive analytics across supply-side indicators. You will write optimized SQL for massive datasets, build dashboards, and mentor analysts while interfacing with Engineering, Product, and Finance.

Remote-friendly in multiple US states. Expect to influence roadmaps, translate technical results into business impact, and deliver scalable analytics workflows that support revenue and partner outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data analytics experience in high-tech or AdTech.
• Expertise writing complex SQL on massive datasets.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Trino).
• Proficiency with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Strong grounding in A/B test design, causal reasoning, and statistical power.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business impact.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor others and lead cross-functional projects.
• Consulting-style presentation skills and ability to defend recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Drive analysis and insight generation on highly complex, ambiguous business and technical questions; influence roadmap and decisions at senior level.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for large-scale datasets; develop reproducible analytics workflows.
• Conduct root-cause analysis at the intersection of product performance and KPIs.
• Build and automate dashboards and internal reporting pipelines using SQL, Looker, and Tableau.
• Translate technical concepts into business impact for Commercial teams and leadership.
• Lead end-to-end transformational projects from ideation to rollout.
• Mentor analysts on technical best practices and communication.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Finance to drive initiatives.
