Job summary

Liftoff is a leading AI-powered performance marketing platform for mobile app growth. We are hiring a Lead Data Analyst who reports to the VP of Analytics & Operations Supply to solve the most complex data questions in high‑tech AdTech environments.

You will write and optimize massive SQL queries, build dashboards in Looker/Tableau, mentor teammates, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Finance across remote-friendly U.S. hubs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Analytics, CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or business analytics.
• Expertise writing complex, performance-optimized SQL on massive datasets.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Ability to break down complex problems into structured analyses.
• Strong consulting-style presentation skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience mentoring others and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and insight generation on complex business questions.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for large-scale datasets.
• Build and automate dashboards and reporting pipelines.
• Translate model changes and SDK upgrades into business impact analysis.
• Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to rollout.
