Job summary

Incline P&C Group in Austin, TX seeks a Manager, Data & Analytics to lead enterprise reporting and analytics across underwriting, actuarial, finance and operations. You will shape data governance, integration, and framework, driving trusted dashboards and insights.

The role partners with IT and business leaders to build a scalable data architecture on Snowflake, Power BI, and automation using SQL and Python, enabling informed decisions and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in enterprise data and analytics, leading teams or programs.
• Insurance industry experience strongly preferred; P&C exposure valuable.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise data and analytics roadmap with a strong data governance model.
• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and standardization across premium, claims, billing, endorsements, policy lifecycle, and MGA data.
• Lead the development of executive dashboards and reporting using Power BI or QuickSight.
• Partner with IT on Snowflake data models, SQL logic, and warehouse performance.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and enable advanced analytics with governance.
