Cardinal Health is seeking a senior Data Analytics leader to guide discovery, value realization, and AI adoption within the Supply Chain Digital Solutions team. You will mentor analytics managers, partner with senior leaders, and drive high-impact data solutions across inventory, logistics, and warehousing.

As a senior strategist, you’ll shape the analytics ecosystem, coach peers, and translate complex data into strategic recommendations with clear financial and operational value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years guiding teams with a product-first framework and developing data strategies
• 7+ years in Data Analytics/BI/IT/Operational Excellence at senior/lead level
• Coaching, mentoring and upskilling data analysts and cross-functional teams
• Strong conceptual understanding of advanced analytics and AI applications
• Experience with Big Data systems, cloud-based data lakes, and data visualization platforms
• Exceptional verbal and written communication for senior executives
• Proven experience delivering large-scale programs with cross-functional impact

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and coach data analytics managers and teams with a product-first mindset
• Define and guide long-term analytics and data ecosystem strategy
• Partner with senior leaders to identify and scope new data use cases
• Identify AI/advanced analytics use cases and champion adoption
• Develop robust business cases delivering financial and operational value
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Platform and App teams to design scalable analytics products
• Drive discovery, hypothesis validation and root-cause analysis for complex problems
• Facilitate workshops and align with senior stakeholders to translate needs into data requirements
• Provide data-driven recommendations with clear impact analyses
