Genworth is seeking a Principal Data Analyst to serve as a trusted analytical partner for Long Term Care Claims Operations, Customer Service, and Workforce Management. You will translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that shape strategy and outcomes, with autonomy to lead complex analyses and design scalable Power BI solutions.

You will develop datasets, semantic models, reports, and dashboards aligned to enterprise standards while promoting best practices in data modeling,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, economics, mathematics, computer science or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in data analytics or a related field with impact in complex environments.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and Power BI expertise for executive dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior analytical advisor supporting LTC Claims, Customer Service, and WFM with strategic insights.
• Design, develop, and own scalable Power BI datasets, models, reports and dashboards.
• Apply best practices in data modeling, DAX, performance optimization, security, and governance.
• Translate business questions into well-defined analytics, including forecasting, capacity planning and cost-benefit analysis.
• Present findings to senior/executive leadership with clear, actionable data narratives.
