Job summary

Meta is seeking a Data Engineering Leader for Analytics to steer BI and Data Warehousing direction across a product vertical, partnering with Data Scientists, PMs, and Engineers to meet data needs and drive insight.

You will lead the design and deployment of data models and pipelines, ensure data quality, and deliver impactful dashboards while defining SLAs and maintaining cloud-scale architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in data architecture and project management.
• Proficient in SQL or similar languages.
• 9+ years in BI and Data Warehousing with leadership experience.
• Experience scaling 10+ person teams; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive vision for BI and Data Warehousing across a product vertical.
• Build and scale a high-quality BI/Data Warehousing team.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, PMs, and Engineers to meet data needs.
• Lead data warehouse plans aligned with product goals.
• Design, build, and launch new data models and pipelines.
• Ensure data quality across product and related business areas.
• Manage dashboards and visualizations delivery; define SLAs.
