Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst (Starlink) to drive data-driven decision making, build scalable metrics and dashboards, automate processes, and partner across the organization to improve customer outcomes, revenue, and operational efficiency.

You will own data integrity and tooling, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and support rapid growth of Starlink. Requires strong SQL, Python/R, and dashboard experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of analytics/reporting experience in customer operations or similar fields.
• 3+ years building datasets and dashboards using visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• 3+ years using analytics languages (Python, R).
• 1+ years leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform SQL-based analyses to identify issues and opportunities affecting customers with actionable impact.
• Define department-level metrics and dashboards to quantify customer health and drive changes.
• Analyze workflows, identify gaps, and collaborate with teams to improve processes.
• Develop automation to accelerate revenue, reduce risk, or create efficiencies.
• Ensure data integrity, maintain tools, and ensure high-quality reporting.
• Train internal users and leaders on dashboards, APIs, and tooling; assist in troubleshooting.
