Job summary

Knights of Columbus is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing Data Analytics Center of Excellence. The role will help expand predictive methodologies and provide strategic insights to drive data-driven decision making across business units while aligning with brand priorities.

You will build and maintain analytics solutions, collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders, and mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• BS or BA required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in data modeling, analysis, and requirements gathering.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading or mentoring other data analysts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals and deliver data analytics solutions.
• Develop predictive analytics work products, visualizations, and workflows for complex business issues.
• Enrich data sources by integrating internal data with external third-party data.
• Create dashboards and reports for internal and external use to drive insights.
• Mentor mid-level and junior data analysts to build a data-driven culture.
• Stay current on analytics trends and introduce relevant techniques for competitive advantage.
