Knights of Columbus is seeking a Data Analyst to join a growing team of data analytics professionals within a best-in-class Data Analytics Center of Excellence. You will help expand data science methodologies and provide insights that support strategic decisions for business units.

The role focuses on building analytics solutions, dashboards, and reports to enable data-driven decisions while aligning with brand priorities and mission-driven goals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Statistics, Analytics or Marketing with relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of data analysis, predictive modeling, or statistical analysis.
• Record of business process improvement using data and statistical analysis.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals and deliver analytics solutions.
• Develop predictive analytics, visualizations, and workflows to drive growth and efficiency.
• Identify data sources and enrich data with third-party sources when needed.
• Communicate insights through dashboards and reports for internal and external use.
• Work with IT, data teams, vendors, and stakeholders on data needs and timelines.
• Remain current on analytics trends and promote data-driven decision-making.
