Job summary

The Knights of Columbus is seeking a Data Analyst to join a growing Data Analytics Center of Excellence. You will expand data integration, profiling, and data-driven decision-making for business units while aligning with brand strategy and priorities.

You will identify, build, and maintain analytics solutions to meet business needs, delivering high-complexity outcomes in collaboration with other data analysts and business users.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Statistics, Analytics, or Marketing. Master’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with data analysis or data engineering in a business function.
• Ability to build and deliver data analytics solutions for diverse users.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to define goals and deliver data analytics solutions.
• Develop source-to-target mappings for engineering integrations.
• Write complex analytical queries for data modelling and profiling.
• Create data validation tests for pipelines and ensure data quality.
• Identify valuable data sources and enrich data with external data.
• Communicate insights via dashboards and reports for internal/external use.
• Coordinate with IT, Data Warehouse, vendors, and contractors on data needs.
• Stay current on analytical trends to maintain competitive advantage.
• Meet stakeholders and communicate project issues clearly.
