Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, seeks a Senior Delivery Manager to drive timely, predictable delivery of Enterprise Data & Analytics initiatives. You will capture, validate, track, and deliver requirements with strong execution discipline, governance, and release coordination.

You will partner with product, platform, analytics, AI/ML, and informatics leaders to plan, sequence, and manage work across teams, provide visibility into delivery health, manage dependencies, risks, issues, and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in digital product delivery management and Agile environments.
• Able to communicate product vision and strategy among product, IT, UX/UI, and operations teams.
• Strong planning, organizational skills, and ability to navigate conflict and remove obstacles.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery execution for Enterprise Data & Analytics initiatives, on time and within scope.
• Plan and maintain delivery roadmaps, manage resources and forecasting, and support financial/capacity management.
• Lead sprint and Agile delivery operations, including backlog readiness, Scrum standards, throughput and team health metrics.
• Coordinate program-level and enterprise release management, including release calendars, dependency management, and release readiness reviews.
• Manage cross-team and cross-platform dependencies, identifying risks and escalating issues that impact schedule, quality, or delivery commitments.
• Run delivery governance activities, including milestone reviews, risk tracking, and evidence capture for audit-ready execution.
• Establish and enforce quality and delivery controls, including definitions of done and go-live readiness gates.
• Coordinate go-live activities with deployment plans and release communications.
• Maintain delivery and release documentation, including dependency maps and release artifacts.
• Continuously improve delivery processes, tooling and workflows (ADO/Jira hygiene, backlog flow, automation).
• Communicate delivery status, risks, dependencies, and changes clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
