Job summary

Sonata Software North America Inc. is seeking a Data Delivery Lead to oversee delivery of data, integration, and automation initiatives. This hybrid PM/BA/Data Analyst role coordinates between business stakeholders and technical teams to align requirements with business objectives.

You will drive agile practices, manage backlogs, validate data quality, and support dashboards and reports. Healthcare data experience is a plus, and a CSOD of collaboration with partners is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or data-focused roles.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and SQL concepts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of small to medium-sized data, integration, and automation projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive execution to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Provide clear and consistent status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Data Engineering, Integrations, Automation, and Governance.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Maintain and prioritize delivery backlogs aligned to business priorities.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in requirements and solution design.
• Perform data analysis to support requirements validation and solution development.
• Assist with data validation, testing, and troubleshooting of data-related issues.
• Support development and enhancement of dashboards, reports, and data solutions.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and data quality standards.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Track progress and remove obstacles to maintain delivery momentum.
• Promote agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams.
• Maintain a foundational understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, system integrations, and automation.
