Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare, finance, accounting, business, or systems with related experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience; advanced accounting/finance knowledge.
• Experience in SCM with focus on reducing expenses and increasing revenue.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with physicians, clinicians and vendors.
• Lean Six Sigma or SCM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides SCM and financial leadership with industry best practices and strategic direction.
• Develops and maintains programs and tools for financial reporting of complex activities.
• Identifies opportunities to increase margins while preserving Mayo standards.
• Leads cross-functional teams and mentors staff in decision making.
• Partners with Indirects Contracting on SCM initiatives and related programs.
