Job summary

Luminare Health is seeking a Sr Data Analyst II to provide training and ongoing support for users of our reporting systems. This role also develops documentation and recorded materials and demonstrates solutions to clients and broker/consultant partners.

The position collaborates with Client Management, Client Analytics, Healthcare Management, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, IT and Operations to identify and implement comprehensive reporting solutions, lead data and reporting projects, and

Qualifications

• Must train users and create documentation for reporting systems.
• Able to demonstrate solutions to clients, prospects and broker/consultant partners.
• Collaborate across groups to design and implement client reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify reporting solutions addressing unique client needs and work with Client Management to implement.
• Lead data and reporting projects and develop new content.
• Coordinate with system administrators and vendors to assess impact of changes.
• Ensure alignment with other reporting by Luminare Health with Data Steward.
• Present analytics to client meetings and internal stakeholders.
