Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise reporting strategy and establish standardized metric definitions and data governance across the organization.
• Drive the strategic roadmap for reporting and analytics initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Own end-to-end delivery and adoption of enterprise reporting solutions with measurable business impact.
• Partner with senior leaders, clients, and brokers to translate complex requirements into analytics solutions.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to reporting analysts and cross-functional teams.
