Job summary

Molina Healthcare seeks a lead data analytics professional to design, develop, and deliver advanced reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making. You will analyze healthcare, financial, and operational data to identify trends and forecast outcomes, partnering with business and IT to define requirements and drive best practices.

You will provide technical leadership, oversee data quality, and mentor analysts while managing analytics projects from prioritization to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics.
• Advanced expertise in SQL, relational databases, SSRS and Power BI.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring team members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of reports, dashboards, and data solutions using SQL, Excel, Power BI, and SSRS.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable data solutions with business leaders and IT.
• Oversee data processes including extraction, transformation, integration, validation, and QA.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to analysts.
• Lead analytics projects with prioritization and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain database objects (queries, views, functions, stored procedures).
• Establish reporting standards, processes, and best practices.
• Drive process improvements and automation across reporting and analytics functions.
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support regulatory, audit, and ad hoc reporting requests.
• Build cross-functional relationships to influence data-driven decision making.
