You will lead requirements gathering, analyze data and processes, and partner with business and technical teams to deliver reliable solutions across the organization.

You will strengthen your expertise in data, technology, and financial services while driving meaningful improvements, with a focus on end-to-end delivery and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years of business or systems analysis experience.
• 3+ years in data analysis, reporting, analytics, or data management.
• 1+ year of experience in financial services or regulated environments.
• 1+ year using SQL for data investigation and quality efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder discussions to define objectives and data requirements.
• Analyze data flows, integrations, and dependencies for solution design.
• Document requirements, data mappings, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Investigate data issues using SQL and analytical methods; identify root causes.
• Partner with business, Data Management, IT, analytics, and technology teams to deliver solutions.
• Support test planning, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and data quality.
• Validate data and reporting to ensure accuracy and usefulness.
