Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience leading business or systems analysis, including requirements gathering and supporting technology or data solutions.
• 3+ years experience with data analysis, reporting, analytics, data management, or related systems analysis.
• 1+ year of experience in financial services, banking, or another regulated environment.
• 1+ year of experience using SQL or a similar data querying tool for data investigation, validation, root cause analysis, or data quality efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder discussions to define business objectives, priorities, and clear data and system requirements.
• Analyze business processes, data flows, integrations, and dependencies to identify impacts and support effective solution design.
• Document requirements, process flows, data mappings, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data definitions to guide delivery teams.
• Investigate data issues using SQL and analytical methods, identify root causes, and recommend practical remediation options.
• Partner with business, Data Management, Data Engineering, IT, analytics, reporting, and technology teams to support end-to-end solution delivery.
• Support test planning, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, implementation readiness, and post-delivery validation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, automate manual work, and enhance data quality and reporting.
• Validate data and reporting solutions to ensure they are accurate, complete, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
