Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in business or systems analysis, including requirements gathering.
• 3+ years in data analysis, reporting, analytics, or data management.
• 1+ year in financial services or regulated environment.
• 1+ year using SQL or similar data querying tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder discussions to define objectives and data requirements.
• Analyze business processes, data flows and dependencies for solutions.
• Document requirements, data mappings and acceptance criteria.
• Investigate data issues using SQL and analytics to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with business, Data Management, IT and Analytics teams on end-to-end delivery.
• Support test planning, UAT, defect resolution and implementation readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and data quality.
• Validate data and reporting solutions for accuracy and completeness.
