Job summary

HCVT is seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Specialist to design and advance the firm’s enterprise data platform, pipelines, and analytics capabilities. You will build scalable ETL/ELT processes, data models, and governance frameworks to support reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives.

The role involves creating executive dashboards with Power BI, applying ML techniques, and delivering AI-ready data assets while collaborating with business and tech leaders to drive efficiency and informed

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field and 5+ years in data engineering/analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data transformation and analytics development.
• Experience with data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise data platform, warehouses, lakes, and pipelines.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and self-service analytics for executives.
• Apply predictive modelling and ML to improve business outcomes.
• Develop AI-ready data assets and semantic models for AI initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and promote data engineering best practices.
