Job summary

Holthouse Carlin & Van Trigt LLP (HCVT) is seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Specialist to design, build, and advance the firm's data and analytics capabilities. You will lead data engineering, BI, and advanced analytics to deliver scalable platforms and actionable insights that improve decision-making and client outcomes.

This hybrid role blends leadership with hands-on work across ETL/ELT, data modeling, ML, and governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering or related technical field.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, with data transformation and analytics development experience.
• Experience with data warehouses, data lakes, and scalable data pipelines.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data modeling.
• Strong communication skills to translate requirements to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the firm's enterprise data platform and data pipelines.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and self-service analytics using Power BI and Fabric.
• Apply statistical analysis, forecasting, and ML techniques to solve business problems.
• Develop governed, high-quality data assets for AI applications and governance.
• Provide technical leadership in data architecture and analytics platforms.
