Holthouse Carlin & Van Trigt LLP is seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Specialist to design and advance the firm’s data platforms and analytics capabilities. You will build data pipelines, BI dashboards, and AI-ready data assets, collaborating with business and technology leaders to improve decision-making and client outcomes.

The role emphasizes enterprise data engineering, advanced analytics, and governance, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to shape the firm’s data strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, analytics, data science, BI, or related fields.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience designing relational databases, data warehouses, and scalable data pipelines.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills for data transformation and analytics.
• Experience designing ETL/ELT solutions and data integration.
• Knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, ML, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Git, and IaC for analytics platforms.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the firm's enterprise data platform and pipelines.
• Develop BI solutions and dashboards using Power BI and Fabric.
• Create analytics models to improve operational efficiency and decision making.
• Develop AI-ready data assets and semantic models for AI applications.
• Provide technical leadership in data architecture and analytics strategy.
