Job summary

Holthouse Carlin & Van Trigt LLP is seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Specialist to design, build, and advance the firm’s enterprise data and analytics capabilities. You will lead data engineering, BI, and advanced analytics initiatives to deliver scalable data platforms and actionable insights.

The role requires 5+ years in data engineering/analytics, strong SQL/Python, and experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

Qualifications

• Experience designing relational databases, dimensional models, data warehouses, and scalable data pipelines.
• Strong SQL and Python, including data transformation and analytics development.
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data integration, and enterprise data models.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Git, and IaC for analytics platforms.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and metadata management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the firm's enterprise data platform and data pipelines across multiple business domains.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and self‑service analytics using Power BI and Fabric; translate requirements into scalable reports.
• Apply statistical and ML techniques to solve business problems and improve decision making.
• Create governed, AI-ready data assets and semantic models to support AI applications and automation.
• Provide technical leadership in data architecture, analytics technologies, and data strategy.
