Job summary

Progressive is hiring a Senior or Lead Data Analyst to support the Commercial Lines Product Development Telematics team on a remote basis. You will turn telematics data into clear dashboards and reporting, partnering across teams to deliver insights for strategic initiatives, including expansion into Fleet & Specialty Programs (FSP).

As a central contributor to analytics, you will help guide how dashcam-related efforts and broader telematics usage inform underwriting decisions and other

Qualifications

• 6+ years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of analytical work experience, or a quantitative degree with 3+ years of analytical work experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience communicating insights and visualizations with Tableau and/or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to support ongoing product and strategy work.
• Research topics related to the commercial telematics market.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights for strategic initiatives, including expansion into Fleet & Specialty Programs (FSP).
• Support growth of the dashcam program and broader telematics usage in underwriting and other opportunities.
