Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of P&C insurance experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute go-to-market and communications strategies for new products.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics Engineering to improve data sets powering analytics and workflows.
• Derive insights from data to identify focus areas and inform decisions.
• Work with architecture and delivery teams to design products, platforms and capabilities.
• Develop reusable policy and telematics data and prioritize the roadmap with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Development and IT to grow customer growth and retention.
• Partner with Pricing to understand state markets and craft solutions.
