Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy intern to support telematics systems and improve operational reporting. You will help manage devices, user access, and dashboards, and create guides and procedures. You will collaborate with division teams to ensure Samsara devices are functioning properly.

The role focuses on monitoring, device health, and building dashboards in Tableau, with opportunities to develop documentation and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to messages in the telematics support inbox.
• Manage user access and settings in the Samsara dashboard.
• Collaborate with division teams to monitor and maintain Samsara device health.
• Track, ship, and organize Samsara devices.
• Troubleshoot device issues and handle replacements (RMA).
• Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau.
• Create easy-to-follow work procedures and job aids.
