Job summary

Farm Family, part of Shared Services, seeks a Senior Data Analyst to partner with underwriting, product, actuarial, claims, and marketing teams. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, develop dashboards, and maintain data pipelines to support monthly and quarterly reporting.

This is an in-office role requiring on-site presence during standard business hours. You will lead analytics initiatives, ensuring data quality and governance while communicating findings to both technical

Qualifications

Four to six years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, data science, data analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Proficient in Python/PySpark, SQL, and Power BI using graphs, charts, and map features.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to define business problems and translate data needs into analytical solutions.
Develops and maintains dashboards (Power BI), reports, and data products for P&C Operations.
Develops and optimizes SQL queries and Python/PySpark scripts to extract, transform, and validate data.
Lead analytics initiatives, manage timelines and deliverables from intake through deployment.
Synthesize findings into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ensure data governance standards and data quality expectations are met.
