Job summary
MTSI seeks a Data Analyst and Technical Developer with 8-10 years in technical data analytics, systems engineering, and enterprise data environments, ideally within DoD and SAP ecosystems. The role is a senior technical contributor building automated metrics and data products to support the PAE organization.
Responsibilities include leading the PAE Scorecard, designing DoD data solutions, building Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX, and developing data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Power
Qualifications
- 8-10 years in data analytics, systems engineering, or tech development roles.
- Experience with SAP environments and DoD enterprise data systems.
- Expertise with Power BI, including advanced DAX modeling.
- Strong ability to analyze complex databases and architect end-to-end data solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power Automate, and automation frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and instantiate enterprise metrics using automated data sources.
- Lead PAE Scorecard efforts with OSW and DAF teams to maintain data products.
- Analyze complex DoD/DAF databases and authoritative data sources.
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX logic.
- Develop SharePoint architectures and automated workflows for stakeholders.
- Create automated data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Power Automate.
