Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to provide onsite support at the Pentagon and/or Mark Center in Alexandria, VA.

The role converts large volumes of data from multiple sources into decision-quality insights and dashboards for senior government leaders. The ideal candidate holds an active Secret clearance, has 3+ years of experience building automated data pipelines and BI dashboards, and is proficient with PowerBI, PowerAutomate, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing automated data pipelines, processing complex government datasets, and building business intelligence dashboards.
• Expert proficiency with PowerBI, PowerAutomate, and Sharepoint systems.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite data analytics support for the newly formed Assistant Secretary of War for International Armaments Cooperation.
• Convert large volumes of data from disparate sources into decision-quality products.
• Manage data extraction, cleansing, and normalization from Department of War data platforms and other validated sources to support analysis and visualization for senior government leaders.
• Assist with streamlining ASW IAC workflows via PowerBI and PowerAutomate tools.
