Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence professional to partner with internal customers and optimize warehouse and transportation operations through data-driven insights. You will work across IT, Finance, Operations, and Logistics to drive innovative analytics and actionable business recommendations.

The role emphasizes building dashboards, shaping KPIs, and leading ML/AI initiatives within global logistics, with a strong focus on data accuracy and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics experience with a focus on supply chain operations.
• Experience with Transportation/Warehouse Management Systems (TMS/WMS) preferred.
• Experience with Big Data systems, Data Lakes, and analytics.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI/Looker.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets related to transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to present complex information clearly.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and KPIs, delivering data-driven solutions.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to model supply chain scenarios and forecast performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across analyses and reporting.
• Lead ML/AI projects across Global Logistics, including opportunity analysis and product ownership.
