Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Business Intelligence lead to partner with internal customers and optimize warehouse and transportation operations. You will align data and technology to enable supply chain processes and drive innovation using emerging technologies.

You will work across IT, Finance, Operations, and Logistics to develop actionable insights, build dashboards, and lead ML/AI initiatives across the Global Logistics team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
• Advanced Degree is desired.
• Preferred certifications: APICS Supply Chain, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Project Management
• 8+ years of analytics experience with a strong focus on supply chain operations
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and common challenges, with preferred expertise in transportation and warehousing
• Experience with Transportation/WMS/TMS systems is preferred
• Experience with Big Data systems, Data Lakes, and Analytics fields managing Build and Run teams
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) BigQuery and Alteryx ETL tools preferred
• Experience using AI/ML modeling tools (e.g., MS Visual Studio, Github Copilot)
• Experience in Agile environments
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey analytical concepts

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets related to transportation, warehousing, and other supply chain ops to identify trends and improvements.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to present complex data clearly.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Model supply chain scenarios and forecast performance using advanced analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across analyses and reporting.
• Lead ML/AI projects across Global Logistics, including opportunity analysis and product ownership.
