Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an accomplished Business Intelligence professional to optimize supply chain operations through data analytics and technology solutions. You will partner with manufacturing, replenishment, and distribution centers to align data with warehouse and transportation value.

The role spans cross-functional collaboration with IT, Finance, and Operations, driving insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

8+ years of analytics experience with a strong focus on supply chain operations.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
Advanced Degree is desired or preferred.
Preferred certifications: APICS Supply Chain, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Project Management.
Experience with Transportation/Warehouse Management Systems (TMS/WMS) preferred.
Experience with Big Data systems, Data Lakes, and Analytics.
Experience with Data Visualization tools preferred (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) BigQuery and Alteryx ETL tools preferred.
Experience using AI/ML modeling tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
Experience working in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets related to transportation, warehousing, and other supply chain operations to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders, including operations, logistics, and executive leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define KPIs, and deliver data-driven solutions.
Utilize advanced analytical techniques and tools to model supply chain scenarios and forecast performance.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analyses and reporting.
Lead ML/AI projects across the Global Logistics team – including opportunity analysis, implementation, and product ownership.
