Service Experts is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with a Master’s degree in Analytics or related field and 4+ years of hands-on analytics experience. The role partners with business leaders to interpret data, track performance, and tell stories that support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will apply advanced analytics, build KPI frameworks, and enable data-driven decision making across the organization, working closely with the Data Operations team to translate needs into reporting

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of professional data analytics experience.

Responsabilités

• Advanced Analytics (≈60%): apply analytic methods to evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, provide actionable recommendations.
• Business Consulting & Strategic Partnership: define questions, evaluate initiatives, prioritize opportunities.
• Data Discovery & Innovation: enhance data assets, metrics, and analytical capabilities.
• Analytics Enablement: define KPI frameworks, reporting requirements, and dashboards.
• Analytical Review & Validation: ensure data integrity and reliable insights.
• Communication & Storytelling: translate results into clear business narratives for leaders.
• Organizational Influence: promote data-driven decision making across the organization.
