Remote

As a Sr Data Analyst, you will be a core member of the Analytics team, supporting assigned accounts by developing and maintaining SQL queries to drive operational efficiencies and business insights. We seek an innovative, dynamic individual with 4+ years of experience. Strong understanding of healthcare billing and effective communication skills are essential.

This is a remote position with 25% travel. Applicants can reside anywhere within the Continental USA.

Responsibilities

• Build complex financial models to support business insights and strategic decisions.
• Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs reviewed by the C-Suite and executive team.
• Transition reporting from Excel to Power BI.
• Maintain VBA macros and SQL queries.
• Support pharmacy staff by ensuring the integrity of clinical outcome data.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, economics, computer science, or statistics.
• Strong SQL, Excel, and VBA skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of healthcare billing structures and RCM operations.
• Experience with data wrangling and large datasets.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, Alteryx, or willingness to learn.
