Summary

The Senior Revenue Growth Management Analyst oversees analytics, modeling, and strategic processes related to pricing, trade allocation, and shopper investments across our Retail Channel. This role involves analyzing market trends to optimize revenue streams and align with company goals. Collaboration with teams such as Whole Bird Profitability, Sales Planning & Marketing is essential to develop sustainable pricing models. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and passionate about driving business success.

The salary range is $84,000 - $126,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus an annual bonus based on performance. Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies, including pricing, promotions, and product portfolio optimization.
  • Analyze sales data, customer insights, and financial metrics to support decision-making and forecasting.
  • Monitor and report on revenue initiatives, providing insights to senior management.
  • Manage pricing models and trade spend to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support sales and category management teams to ensure budget adherence.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to contribute innovative revenue ideas.
Minimum Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree plus five years in revenue/sales analysis, pricing, or related roles.
  • Experience in CPG or DTC companies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

This position is primarily office-based in an open cubicle setting. It involves mostly sedentary work with occasional movement to other offices or locations, and handling light equipment or supplies. Access to files and equipment may be required.
