Job Title: Senior Revenue Operations Analyst
Location: Remote

THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Salesloft, our Senior Revenue Operations Analyst is pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our Revenue Operations Team, partnering with Revenue Leadership, CRO, and sales & service management to execute go-to-market initiatives, deliver reporting & insights, and provide strategic support. Responsibilities include aligning with sales & services leaders, creating cross-revenue reports, and working on performance optimization.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Revenue leaders and managers to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Manage projects impacting sales and go-to-market strategies.
  • Consult on performance optimization, risk mitigation, and financial targets.
  • Provide standardized productivity reports and collaborate on improvements.
  • Coordinate with product, marketing, finance, and enablement teams for change management.
  • Lead multiple projects proactively and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Implement and track annual Revenue operating plans.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles, with project management and data analytics experience.
  • Ability to build models from complex data sets and use data to improve processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work across all levels of Revenue teams.
  • Proven project management skills impacting go-to-market teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex ideas.
  • Self-starter, creative, energetic, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Onboarding Milestones:

Within one month: Build relationships, assess current reports, set OKRs.
Within three months: Document workflows, recommend improvements, lead change initiatives.
Within six months: Identify organizational opportunities, manage reporting, contribute to planning.
Within twelve months: Lead initiatives, manage metrics, and act as a source of truth for business trends.
