At Salesloft, our Senior Revenue Operations Analyst is pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our Revenue Operations Team, partnering with Revenue Leadership, CRO, and sales & service management to execute go-to-market initiatives, deliver reporting & insights, and provide strategic support. Responsibilities include aligning with sales & services leaders, creating cross-revenue reports, and working on performance optimization.
Within one month: Build relationships, assess current reports, set OKRs.
Within three months: Document workflows, recommend improvements, lead change initiatives.
Within six months: Identify organizational opportunities, manage reporting, contribute to planning.
Within twelve months: Lead initiatives, manage metrics, and act as a source of truth for business trends.
