Job summary

Scale Media, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst who acts as a Data Detective for the company’s e-commerce P&L. You will own truth behind our financial numbers, forecast them, and build predictive models anchored in reconciled data.

You will partner with Finance and leadership to bridge raw transaction data and the financial plan. You’ll automate datasets with dbt and Python, write SQL in Snowflake, and design high-impact dashboards in Sigma for executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data or financial analytics in DTC/subscription or consumer businesses.
• Experience building financial forecasts and customer-level predictive models used by leadership.
• Strong financial acumen and knowledge of cash flows and P&L reporting.
• Proficiency with Snowflake SQL, Python, and BI tools; familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Stripe data.

Responsibilities

• Own and forecast revenue, orders, renewals, and cash by brand and channel.
• Develop scenario and sensitivity models for budgeting and planning.
• Build, validate, and maintain predictive models for renewal, refunds, and SKU demand; feed outputs into forecasts.
• Reconcile data across Stripe, Shopify Payments, Amazon, bank deposits, internal DB, and QuickBooks; ensure data integrity.
