Job summary

Atomic is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own and manage high-impact data products across an expanding suite of offerings. You will support external and internal analytics for customers, partners, and internal teams across product, marketing, engineering, and leadership.

This role emphasizes strong SQL, data modeling, and analytical rigor. As the product suite grows, you will keep data products accurate, reliable, and relevant while leading large, ambiguous projects end to end and translating

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or analytics, with end-to-end project ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong SQL skills including joins, aggregation, window functions, and handling large datasets.
• Experience managing production SQL/db objects via Git/GitHub with PRs and CI/CD workflows.
• Hands-on experience with real-time data products in Tableau/Looker/Power BI/Mode/Databricks.
• Ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own large, ambiguous data and analytics projects end-to-end from scoping to delivery.
• Own and manage data products for both external and internal stakeholders.
• Write advanced SQL to transform data and improve dataset reliability and performance.
• Keep data products accurate and relevant as offerings evolve.
• Turn complex analysis into clear recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure data is central to cross-functional initiatives with product, marketing, engineering, and leadership.
• Mentor junior analysts by reviewing work and sharing best practices.
