You will manage data pipelines and models, ensuring quality and scalability while delivering dashboards and analytics to drive decisions, from forecasting to segmentation and margin analysis.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building, deploying, and operating production data pipelines.
• Experience working with non-technical stakeholders to scope analytical questions and deliver analysis.
• Experience prioritizing work as the primary business-side data resource.

Responsibilities

• Build and own bidirectional data pipelines and integrations (HubSpot-to-BigQuery).
• Define data structures for sales and marketing data and enforce data quality standards.
• Translate business questions from Sales/Marketing/Customer Success into clear analytics requirements.
• Develop dashboards, customer health scoring, and forecasting to support business decisions.
