Independence Pet Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join the Analytics team. This role partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and leadership to deliver analytical solutions and forecast business performance.

You will combine sales, CRM, customer, and product data to create dashboards and actionable insights, driving pipeline visibility and commercial outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in analytics, business, economics, statistics, finance, information systems, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant analytics experience preferred.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with Zoho Analytics or similar CRM-connected analytics platform.
• Strong forecasting, segmentation, conversion, retention, and lifecycle metrics.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Gather reporting requirements and translate business questions into dashboards, reports, datasets, queries, and metrics.
• Build and improve dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Zoho Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Create reusable datasets, SQL queries, and data models to improve consistency and reduce manual reporting.
• Establish KPI definitions, calculation logic, and data sources.
• Design reporting assets that are accurate, intuitive, and scalable for operational and executive audiences.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, and leadership to define analytical needs.
