Independence Pet Holdings, based in Chicago, is seeking a data analytics professional to measure and optimize integrated marketing performance. You will develop dashboards, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign and web performance across channels.

The role requires 3–5 years in analytics, strong SQL/GA/BigQuery skills, and the ability to translate data into business strategy. Base pay and benefits reflect our competitive rewards package in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics/analytics or related field.
• 3–5 years of work experience in statistical or data analysis.
• Excellent organizational, communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Must have skills: Google Analytics, BigQuery, SQL, Data Layer Implementations, and Microsoft PowerBI.
• Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains performance reports and dashboards on website, campaign and funnel performance and reports to stakeholders on a regular cadence.
• Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing and web activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development and automation of regular reports.
• Analyses customer data using SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Dynamic Yield, data warehouse (Databricks) and marketing software tools.
• Analyses A/B and multivariate tests, communicates results and provides recommendations.
• Translates data into actionable business insights to inform strategy across key company initiatives.
• Supports improvement of channel attribution capabilities and reporting.
• Collaborate across teams to analyze marketing campaign performance to grow audiences and revenue across all platforms.
