We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to scale analytics, improve visibility, and enable data-driven decisions across Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Operations, or related functions.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data warehouses, DBT, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Experience with enterprise BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics, product analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing preferred.
• Exposure to AI, automation tooling, or workflow optimization within analytics environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives aligned to company OKRs and operational priorities across the business.
• Build and optimize scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks, and BI tools that improve visibility, accessibility, and decision-making.
• Serve as the internal expert across organizational data sources, reporting logic, and analytics workflows.
• Oversee data ingestion, ETL processes, and external analytics/data engineering resources.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations to support data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and performance visibility.
• Improve analytics governance, prioritization, and operational consistency across reporting workflows.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and agent-based workflows to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility.
