Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Analyst to support the FAA's AAT within the NISC program in Washington DC. The role blends data analysis, governance, and dashboard creation using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Power Apps. The analyst will ensure data quality, manage datasets, and provide executive-level insights.

Remote work is possible up to 90%, with responsibilities spanning data intake design, reporting automation, and data storytelling for leadership and oversight entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate across management levels and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Power Apps.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized Data Request & Needs Matrix to log intake requests and map data assets to program goals.
• Execute gap analyses and recommend data collection pipelines to meet policy mandates.
• Design and standardize data intake forms, surveys, and submission channels for compliant data collection.
• Develop and monitor a Program KPI Framework with automated reporting for leadership.
