Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Analyst for the National Airspace Systems Integration Support (NISC) Program to support FAA's Office of Advanced Aviation Technologies. The role bridges technical data systems and business needs, building dashboards in Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and Tableau to measure program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 6+ years.
• Strong ability to communicate with management and stakeholders across levels.
• Advanced Power BI, Tableau, PowerApps and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with data governance and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized data request & needs matrix to log intake requests and track analytics deliverables.
• Perform gap analyses and recommend data acquisitions or new collection pipelines.
• Oversee data intake form design, surveys and digital submission channels for efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and monitor a centralized KPI framework with baseline metrics and automated reporting.
• Query distributed data environments using SQL and Starburst Trino across data lakehouses.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards and financial models in Excel/Tableau/Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and structural integrity of core datasets.
• Enforce data governance with data dictionaries, lineage, profiling, and quality checks.
• Serve as SME on program datasets, responding to ad-hoc inquiries and audit calls.
