Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Analyst in Washington DC to support FAA AAT, with potential for up to 90% telework. The role emphasizes data governance, KPI development, and building dashboards in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Power Apps to measure program performance.

The candidate will lead data intake standards, perform gap analyses, manage datasets, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with leadership and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate to various levels of management and multi-task with strong organizational skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, PowerApps and SQL.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized LOB Data Request & Needs Matrix to log intake requests and map data assets to goals.
• Perform gap analyses and recommend data acquisition or new pipelines.
• Oversee design and standardization of data intake forms, surveys, and submission channels.
• Develop and monitor a centralized KPI framework with automated reporting.
• Query distributed data environments using SQL and visualize results in dashboards.
