Job summary

Leidos is seeking a data analytics professional to join the Operational Energy team. This remote position requires residence in the Washington DC metropolitan area and offers the chance to quantify the impact of energy initiatives using statistical analysis, data wrangling, and predictive models.

You will establish KPIs, design dashboards focused on fuel consumption and aviation energy, and develop scalable data architectures with rigorous analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field with 3–4+ years of data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Quantify impact of initiatives using statistical analysis, data wrangling, and predictive models.
• Establish KPIs to track and evaluate project effectiveness.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards focused on fuel consumption and aviation energy data.
• Define and evaluate aviation energy metrics to identify energy-saving opportunities.
• Acquire and validate aviation data and conduct quantitative analyses to recommend improvements.
• Maintain proactive communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
