Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Analyst to support the FAA’s Office of Advanced Aviation Technologies (AAT) within the National Airspace Systems Integration Support (NISC) Program. The role bridges technical data systems with day-to-day business needs, building dashboards in Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and Tableau to measure program performance.

Responsibilities include data governance, KPI framework development, data intake design, and data pipeline optimization, with up to 90% telework possible

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication across management levels and ability to multi-task, manage budgets, and coordinate meetings with stakeholders.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, PowerApps and SQL.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized KPI framework and log intake requests, tracking analytics deliverables.
• Perform gap analyses and recommend data acquisition or new collection pipelines.
• Oversee design and standardization of data intake forms, surveys, and digital submissions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and models to visualize KPI trends and program performance.
• Query distributed data with SQL across data lakehouses and visualize results.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and governance across core datasets.
• Maintain data dictionaries and data lineage; perform quality checks.
• Respond to ad-hoc data inquiries and audit requests from leadership.
