You will contribute to the Data Science & Analytics function, reviewing data to support business intelligence and outcomes across global real estate operations. You will build data structures, curate reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to present a clear data story to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree may be preferred for advanced analytics roles.
• Proficiency in data visualization and BI concepts is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data aggregation and curate complex reports using BI tools.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses of structured and unstructured data to inform business decisions.
• Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, cleanse and standardize information.
• Define data requirements and apply statistical tests to derive insights.
• Collaborate with agile teams to improve processes and communicate findings.
